Traditional pan bread from Mount Athos

The dough is made from 3 different flours (rye, soft wheat, hard wheat) and 2 different natural sourdoughs (xinadi rye and a soft wheat), which are combined by our bakers to make authentic Mount Athos bread. Its crumb is full of aromas of authentic rye with a finely acidic flavour of natural xinadi rye and natural wheat sourdough with an intense and crisp crust and a unique taste, especially in its cracks.
