Τiramisù a la Blé
Created in Italy, somewhere between Friuli and Veneto it appears to have appeared in the books only in the 1960s. Veneto's tiramesù became tiramisù and loved by the Italians who are not content to just eat spoon by spoon. We loved it too and we asked our Italian chef Mino Allgrini several years ago to make us tiramisù a la Blé. Cream of authentic Italian Mascarpone cheese, light Amaretto flavour and freshly baked sausages dipped in fresh Italian espresso coffee, made from our microreastery.
Excellent for celebrations!
