All of our breads are made with selected flour and our own natural doughs. We cultivate six different kinds - castor, double-seed wheat, wheat, barley, rye, mustard and chicory - so as to always include the flavours you love.

We make a wide variety of bread daily: white fermented, baguettes with feta cheese or Florina peppers to chicory, with pistachio, hazelnuts, seeds, dried figs, apricots, plums and raisins. We always offer them by weight, loafed or cut in slices if you prefer.

 

Our doughs are cut and moulded by hand. They are baked only in our stone or wood oven. They keep for a long time because of their natural dough - very many prefer them on the second or third day after purchase.

In Blé's shop windows you will find confectionery art with balanced low-fat sweetness, and selected ingredients from all over the world.

Heavy!  Leavened without yeast, only with natural yeast. As it takes over 24 hours to mature, every bread that we bake keeps its full flavour and earthy aromas for days. In every kilo, together with our craft, we weigh only selected natural ingredients. Nothing else.
